Mamoun Abdullah, GM and head of channels, Zyxel Middle East, explains how the firm enables its channel partners to sustain profitable businesses.
Zyxel Middle East is aligned with Zyxel EMEA’s channel strategy with a plan to implement it effectively from January 2019 and onward.
Abdullah says, “Our partner programme is very rich as it has a lot of incentives for our partners. The more our partners invest, the more they will get back in return. We have a very lucrative incentive programme to empower our partners, the higher the partner goes up the ladder in terms of their partnership level and certifications, the more rebates, joint marketing activities, deal protection, higher discount they will get along with more margins. We keep an eye on preserving investments that our partners make on our products.”
