Reseller ME Editor Anita Joseph emceed a virtual webinar that discussed the dynamics that will shape the IT industry in 2021, and explored how to harness disruption to drive meaningful change and growth.
Titled IT Predictions 2021, the virtual webinar, hosted by CPI Media Group and IT global software leader Freshworks, brought together experts who analysed the most important trends and expectations of IT’s 2021 agenda. Results from the Hackett Groups Key Issues Study on the function’s transformation progress and results were analysed, as were specific plans to help the business adapt to a new normal, and major changes affecting IT’s workforce and IT operating model. The webinar also gave an update about adoption levels and the impacts of digital tools and technologies.
Vishal Chopra – Head of Field Marketing, APAC, MEA, Freshworks delivered the keynote address and moderated the entire session. The other speakers included Dr. Jassim Haji, President, Artificial Intelligence Group – Bahrain and Ahmed Al Ahmed, Chief Information Officer, Nakheel.
