At its inaugural Middle East Partner Connect in Dubai, Riverbed, the digital performance company, has unveiled its new brand identity centred around ‘Advancing Human Experiences in the Digital World’. The company has also outlined its channel strategy for 2019, which aims to accelerate business outcomes for partners by recognising and incentivising performance across all partner types, business models and end customer consumption preferences.
The first annual Riverbed Partner Connect 2019 – hosted in collaboration with Riverbed’s long standing VAD partners, Mindware, StarLink and Crestan International – was attended by channel partners from across the Middle East, Turkey and North Africa (METNA) region. Presentations held through the first half of the event focused on how partners could leverage the recently enhanced Riverbed Rise Partner Program, the Riverbed Digital Performance Platform and the company’s new corporate brand identity, to drive the digital transformation that their customers need, and grow their business as a result.
Mena Migally, regional director, Channel, Territory and Telco for Middle East, Turkey and North Africa (METNA) at Riverbed said, “To be successful, the emphasis on digital transformation initiatives needs to shift away from technology and instead centre on the true business need and really advance the human experience. With ever-growing dependence and expectations of digital services to deliver more compelling human experiences, organisations must be able to measure user experience and maximise digital performance.”
“Using the Riverbed Digital Performance Platform, our partners can empower their customers to deliver superior digital customer experiences and achieve new levels of operational agility,” he added. The company is actively incentivising its partners to increase their value proposition and create new sustainable revenue streams through the delivery of Riverbed Professional Services.
Riverbed Partner Connect also featured two break out technical sessions. The first enabled partners to explore and understand the company’s Digital Experience Management (DEM) portfolio which offers unified, end-to-end performance management across networks, apps, infrastructure, and end-user devices. The second provided a deep dive into the company’s range of next-gen infrastructure solutions, including its SD-WAN and application and cloud acceleration offerings, that enhance the delivery of digital services for customers, partners, and employees.
The event concluded with the ‘Above & Beyond’ awards ceremony which saw seven regional channel organisations presented with awards that recognised their efforts in integrating Riverbed products in their end-to-end solution architectures, extending relationships with existing customers and penetrating new customer accounts and market verticals. “Just as our Riverbed Rise programme rewards partners, these awards celebrate the Riverbed partners who have gone ‘above & beyond’ in enabling their customers through the utilisation of the Riverbed portfolio,” said Migally.
