The organisation said it is close to rolling out 20 blockchain applications in a number of government firms including the Dubai Roads and Transport Authority, Dubai Police and DEWA among others.
The UAE will generate AED 33.8 billion ($9.2 billion) by 2020 thanks to digital transformation, said Dr. Aisha Bin Butti Bin Bishr, Director-General of the Smart Dubai Office.
Smart Dubai has announced that it has achieved another global milestone with Smart Dubai Government Establishment contact centre being awarded the ISO 18295 Certification, Parts I and II, as well as the CCA Global Certification for Contact Centre Management.
