UAE leaders has signed of the outer structure of the Hope Probe which will be sent to Mars.
The UAE Space Agency highlighted its successes since 2014, during the fourth anniversary celebrations at Abu Dhabi’s Dusit Thani Hotel on 12 July 2018.
The Hope Probe is three-metres tall with 600 KW solar panels, and will soon embark on its 55-million-kilometre journey to the Red Planet, with a view to sending the spaceship to Mars by 2021 to coincide with the country’s 50th anniversary.
The Mohammed bin Rashid Space Centre (MBRSC) is showcasing the Emirates Mars Mission’s Hope probe model for the first time at the Dubai Airshow 2017.
