UAE TRA in talks to lift Skype ban

The UAE Telecommunications Regulatory Authority (TRA) is in talks with Microsoft and Apple regarding potentially allowing VoIP services Skype and FaceTime in the UAE, according to a report by Al-Ittihad newspaper.
