The company highlighted that its latest set of tools in contact automation have been designed to help the telemarketing, advertising, collection and video broadcasting segments increase in their customer satisfaction levels—driving in an increase in productivity and improved efficiencies. In addition, the leading company will also feature its diverse cloud solutions portfolio, which is expected to play a significant role in current ‘smart’ transformation initiatives.
Vocalcom experts will be on hand at Stand No. Z- C30 of the venue’s Zabeel Hall to demonstrate the key features of the company’s offerings. These include speech analysis technology with live motion detection and voice authentication; an advanced multichannel/omnichannel retailing platform; sophisticated customer satisfaction (CSAT) tools; and a dedicated cloud contact centre solution for Salesforce.com.
