Techserve will offer quick turnaround of Nokia devices bought in for repair. The L1 (Level 1) and L2 (Level 2) service repairs will include software upgrades, cosmetic components replacement, key components replacement such as microphones and speakers, among others. The Nokia partner will also offer support and guidance for synchronisation of Nokia devices pertaining to laptop computers or notebooks, backups and other technical support that may be required.
