Solutions Middle East has been awarded Platinum solution advisor status by Citrix, making it the only Platinum solution advisor for the company in the Middle East.
Platinum is the highest tier within Citrix’ global solution advisor programme and has a comprehensive and strict attainment criteria. According to the company, it has a mature, multi-tier partner programme for distributors, resellers, system integrators, software vendors and advisors in order to support the different needs of end user customers in the best possible way. Subsequently, solution advisor platinum status is only granted to companies that fulfil commercial, technical, resource and customer support requirements. Solutions Middle East underwent a rigorous programme that included a high level of expertise and commitment to the entire portfolio of Citrix products. It also demonstrated a well-established Citrix practice that serves more than 1000 customers across the region and has the highest number of Citrix Certified engineers across all products. Its ability to provide consultancy on virtualisation and offer 24×7 Service Level agreements (SLAs) for all customers contributed to its selection.
