Seychelles Petroleum chooses IFS ERP suite

IFS, a global enterprise applications company, has announced that Seychelles Petroleum has chosen the IFS Applications 9 Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) suite as its business management platform. The oil company will be replacing its systems with IFS financials, maintenance, supply chain management, quality management, CRM, HR and payroll, and BI modules.  Seychelles 6x4

IFS Applications hopes to give Seychelles Petroleum (SEYPEC), “an integrated solution that automates its business processes – from start to finish.” According to IFS, SEYPEC “will benefit from better visibility into its business operations, automation of manual processes (such as reporting and sales volume calculations), and the ability to mobilise key business processes.”

Paul Mondon, Chief Financial Officer, Seychelles Petroleum, said “To perform at optimal levels, we need a world-class enterprise applications suite that can help us streamline our operations and integrate our processes. Following an in depth analysis and evaluation of solutions being offered by seven top ranked single ERP vendors and in consultation with IT experts from BDO IT Consulting (Mauritius), IFS was selected. It has the industry specific solutions and expertise for our industry that can help us attain our ambitions.”
