Palo Alto Networks will use this GITEX to highlight its next-generation security platform for businesses in the region to prevent cyber breaches.

Taking part under the theme ‘Prevent and Empower’, the company will showcase its threat prevention, advanced end-point, and next-generation firewalls offerings – all key components of the platform.

“In order to thrive in a rapidly changing digital environment, companies in the Middle East need to have a robust cybersecurity and risk management strategy in place.  Before that can happen, there needs to be a change in mindset where cybersecurity is viewed as a business enabler rather than another cost consideration,” said Saeed Agha, General Manager, Middle East, Palo Alto Networks. “The Palo Alto Networks Next-Generation Security Platform is composed of our next-generation firewalls, threat intelligence cloud, and advanced endpoint protection, safely enables applications and prevents breaches across all stages of the attack lifecycle.”

To give visitors a firsthand experience of how cyber threat is prevented, Palo Alto Networks will have a security consultant present to demonstrate for customers the power of the platform to address their pressing business security needs.

Additionally, Palo Alto Networks will be showcasing its Traps advanced endpoint protection offering which uniquely combines the most effective, purpose-built malware and exploit detection methods to prevent known and unknown threats before they can successfully compromise an endpoint.

Additionally, there will be a strong presence from Unit 42, Palo Alto Networks threat and intelligence research team, who will be offering consultation to help companies enhance security during the five-day event.

Palo Alto Networks and Cyber Test Systems will be conducting an interactive Cyber Range exercise using real threats combined with legitimate traffic and regenerate them realistically using Cyber Test Systems Network Traffic Generator CTS-NTG to replicate live production environment.

VMware will have a dedicated pod as a strategic partner helping to accelerate the customer’s digital journey. The integration between VMware NSX and the Palo Alto Networks VM-Series fully automates the deployment of next generation firewall and advanced threat prevention services for Software-defined data center (SDDC) environments.

Visit them at Hall 2, G2-40.
