Subscription and billing platform MPP Global has opened its first Middle East office in Dubai.
The firm also announced the opening of its new office in Manchester, U.K. for its development team and its new North American headquarters to support the growing team in New York.
The new office openings come after MPP Global secured a $15M Series B investment.
MPP’s eSuite product is a lifecycle management platform that aims to enable the identification, acquisition and retention of customers.
Darren Whyte has been appointed to lead the Middle East and North Africa region from the Dubai office as general manager. Prior to joining MPP, Whyte worked in a senior sales capacity with Convergys Corporation.
“MPP Global’s technology is extremely versatile and will be a valuable asset for content creators in the Middle East interested in monetisation strategies” he said. “The eSuite platform is comprehensive and flexible enough to support a variety of different regions, languages, payment methods and currencies. The opening of the Dubai office ensures we’re providing our global clients with the localised support they need to maximise the potential of the eSuite platform for their businesses.”
“It is an exciting time at MPP Global as we expand our physical footprint around the globe,” said CEO and co-founder Paul Johnson. “It is important that as we continue to innovate our eSuite platform that we also provide local service for our clients worldwide. We’ve added several new bright minds to the team this year and these new offices will set up our team and our clients for continued success.”
