Itqan Al-Bawardi Computers has been selected as a finalist for the Microsoft Server Platform Partner of the Year Award.

Awards were presented in multiple categories, with winners chosen from a set of nearly 3,000 entrants worldwide. The Server Platform Partner of the Year Award recognises the partner that has delivered solutions enabling a customer to increase the reliability and flexibility of their server infrastructures, save time and reduce costs, and provide a server platform for a dynamic and efficiently managed data centre. The winner used the Windows Server 2008 platform, technologies, and solution accelerators to tansform a customer’s server infrastructure, resulting in higher levels of scalability, availability, and reliability, reduced IT labour or hardware costs, or streamlined overall operational efficiency, it was reported.
