Enghouse Interactive, a provider of multi-channel contact centres, joined forces with IT systems integrator and solutions provider, Intertec Systems, to exhibit its solutions at Middle East Call Centre (“MECC”) ’12.
MECC is a leading annual conference and exhibition focused on the call centre industry in the Middle East region.
In collaboration with Invita, one of the largest hosted contact centres in the GCC, Intertec and Enghouse Interactive showcased their unique multi-tenant cloud-based contact centre solutions, operator attendant consoles for VIP service, call recording and quality monitoring and BPO solutions at the event.
