Infor today announced it has signed a Channel Reseller agreement with Tektivé, following a recent Middle East partner recruitment campaign. Based in Qatar, Doha and Dubai, Tektivé provides IT and physical asset management services to organisations throughout the Middle East.
Infor chose Tektivé as a new partner for Infor EAM in the Middle East because of its market knowledge in the region and its long-term experience in the supply, commissioning and maintenance of world leading solutions for construction, mining, oil and gas industries.
Tektivé plans to build on recent success in the region including working on a high profile asset management contract with Jumeriah Golf Estates, a luxury residential community and golf course in Dubai. It will focus on large scale EAM and mobile opportunities – leading with its expertise in physical asset management and rolling out Infor EAM as its technology enabler.
Infor EAM helps asset-intensive organisations improve asset performance, improving productivity by reducing machine down time and extending the useful lifecycle of assets, thus optimising capital investments.
”We believe that the combination of Infor’s robust, flexible solutions and our local market knowledge and understanding of EAM requirements will lead to a successful long-term partnership between us. We are fully committed to this relationship and excited about the potential we see in the market,” said Nico Sheeres, CFO, Tektivé.
Since the launch of Infor’s Middle East channel recruitment campaign in December, Infor has recruited four new partners in the region, bringing the total number of Middle East partners to 21. Paul Hammond, regional vice president and general manager, Middle East, Infor, said: ”We value Tektivé’s knowledge and experience in the EAM marketplace and are delighted to have extended our partner network with this agreement. Our strategy is to work alongside partners who understand the value that Infor solutions can bring to their client base and also build a pipeline of new organisations to target in the Middle East markets.”
