HP’s HP Split x2, a versatile, two-in-one detachable PC was launched during GITEX Shopper 2013.
The HP Split x2 supports the Microsoft Windows 8 operating system and 3rd generation Intel Core processor family. The notebook is suited for any intensive task, which doubles as a 33cm (13-inch) tablet to give high entertainment capability for playing games, videos and more. The HP Split x2 is the third one in the company’s detachable PC portfolio after HP SlateBook x2 and HP ENVY x2.
Whether used as a notebook or a tablet, the 33.8cm (13.3-inch) diagonal HD touchscreen display makes viewing and sharing content easier and Beats Audio enables high-quality music.
Designed with a soft-touch coating, it comes with an optional hard disk in the base expands storage capacity while the dual batteries allow users to stay ultra-mobile.
Other features include a 2-megapixel HP TrueVision Full HD(2) front webcam and the HP ImagePad for precise multifinger and gesture navigation.
