Gitex Conference 2008 speaker: Jesper Frederiksen

Jesper  is a member of the Global Management team in the Enterprise division of Google and is responsible for the Google Enterprise business in Central Europe, Nordic, Eastern Europe, Middle East & Africa.

Jesper joined Google in 2007 through Google’s USD 625m acquisition of Postini Inc, the world’s largest provider of managed services in the electronic communication space ? at Postini Jesper was the General Manager of Postini’s business in EMEA.

  
Prior to Google Jesper has held senior management positions at several innovative and highly successful startups such as KVS, a UK business that was acquired by Veritas/Symantec in 2004, and NetIQ, a US based startup that completed a successful IPO on Nasdaq in 1999.

Jesper holds a Bachelor degree in Marketing from the University of Aalborg, Denmark, and a MBA in Business from the Scandinavian International Management Institute in Copenhagen, Denmark. Having lived in Denmark, Germany and England as well as having worked extensively in many European countries and the US, Jesper has an international outlook on work and life.
