Gitex Conference 2008 speaker: Feroz Sanaulla

Feroz Sanaulla is an Investment Director at Intel Capital covering the Middle East, Turkey and Africa (META) region. The region is one of the fastest growing markets and his investments span the Technology, Media and Telecoms (TMT) sectors in the region.

The objectives of his team?s efforts are to expand, align and accelerate the frontiers of technology via strategic relationships with companies in the context of driving significantly positive financial returns for Intel. 

In Intel, Feroz has held positions in marketing, professional services project management, IP development management and mergers & acquisitions. His experience covers Europe, North America, Middle East and Asia. Before joining Intel in 1997, Feroz spent six years as an entrepreneur and co-founded Santech Worldwide Inc., a trading company in Washington D.C.

Feroz mentors emerging companies in the region and maintains advisory roles at the Arab Business Angels Network (ABAN), the Business Ventures Improvement Group (BVIG) and the Dubai Venture Forum.

Feroz holds an electrical engineering degree from The University of Maryland and an MBA from the Ross School of Business at The University of Michigan.
