The search is over. FTS (Fujitsu Technology Solution) has appointed Rolf Schwirz as its new CEO, expected to take up the new post by Novemember at the latest. He will report directly to Richard Christou, Corporate Senior Executive Vice President at Fujitsu.
Schwirz is currently Head of Mature Markets EMEA at SAP. Prior to SAP, Schwirz spent 12 years in various roles at Oracle, including those of Vice President Sales Germany, CEO Nordic-Germany and Senior Vice President Western Continental Europe. Munich-based, Schwirz began his career in 1983 as a systems consultant, holding a number of management positions at Siemens Nixdorf and Siemens AG.
