Etisalat today announced its new customer engagement program called Smiles giving all subscribers with a wide range of deals and rewards every day.
The Smiles program offers deals and rewards on Etisalat services as well as Cinema, Shopping, Dining, Wellness, and Travel benefits from hundreds of top brands with thousands of partner outlets across the UAE. This new brand will bring all Etisalat engagement programs under one umbrella to provide the best value to customers and to improve the overall customer experience.
Etisalat previously had three engagement platforms providing various offers and targeting different customer segments, this mainly included Etisalat Rewards, Deal of the Day, and Etisalat Marketplace. The new umbrella brand ‘Smiles’ will replace all of these platforms to provide the widest range of deals and rewards to customers.

– Customers will be earning Smiles points that can be spent for rewards on Etisalat services as well as a wide range of Shopping, Dining, Wellness, and Travel benefits
– There is flexibility to get the deals through spending of points, payment through credit cards, payment through Etisalat billing or combination of these
– Through the Smiles app, customers can get e-vouchers or e-coupons for instantaneous redemption
– Browsing through the Smiles app while in UAE is free of data charges
