IT leaders that have pioneered new innovations and demonstrated excellence over the last 12 months, have had their achievements celebrated at the virtual CIO300 Awards ceremony held by CPI Media Group and tahawultech.com.
With the current COVID-19 restrictions still in place, it wasn’t possible to host the event physically, but the virtual awards ceremony, which included a panel discussion with prominent leaders from the IT ecosystem, and some keynote speeches from senior executives at Lenovo and Thales Group, made the awards a resounding success.
CNME Editor Mark Forker praised the role the IT industry has played in the last year, and said the awards were a reward for those that helped us adapt to the unprecedented challenges that we all faced. “Our award winners have played key roles in a variety of different industry verticals over the last 12 months. They have displayed incredible vison and foresight that has enabled businesses to maintain business continuity during the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic. Since then, as we have adapted to the ‘new normal’ they have continued to develop solutions that has empowered major industry verticals to respond and evolve to the changing dynamics of their markets. Well done to all our deserving winners”, said Forker.
