Tally Solutions transforms SME growth at GITEX Global 2023

Veronica Martin spoke to Vikas Panchal, General Manager ME at Tally Solutions, during GITEX Global about the new products and solutions they are demonstrating and launching, key technologies and trends driving innovation and what value GITEX brings to Tally Solutions.

Can you tell our readers what new products and solutions you are demonstrating and launching here this week at GITEX Global?

This is the ninth consecutive year we’re participating at GITEX and this year we have a new release called Release 4.0, which gives four-dimensional growth for all the SMEs, seamless communication and simplifies the management of business operations.

With the new technologies coming in with the new release, we are also building WhatsApp integration. This means within the product business you can send WhatsApp to all your customer suppliers. If you want to send an invoice, a report or any promotional messages, you can do it through WhatsApp within the product.

With the new release we are bringing dashboards that can be customized for every user. If I’m a business owner, I would want to have a look at the top reports every day, which will help me to take insightful decisions, so I can create a dashboard for myself.

From your company’s perspective, what are the key technologies and trends that you’re seeing that will drive your innovation and product roadmap for the next 12 months?

We are focused on the small and medium enterprises and it’s very important for them to have access to proper data, information, so they’re able to make the right decisions. With new release we are trying to give them the flexibility of managing their businesses, organizing the data the way they want, and communicating with their customers supplier seamlessly.

How important is an event like GITEX Global for your company – and what value does it bring to your organization?

GITEX is getting bigger and better every year. The response we’ve been getting so far is tremendous. Last year we felt that it was a record-breaking audience, but this year has surpassed 2022. We look forward to participating in future as well as to get more customers, partners from the GCC region, but also Africa and Europe.
