Jacky’s Business Solutions, distributor for SoftBank Robotics Europe in the Middle East for its robots, are looking to meet potential partners to expanding their support across the region at GITEX.
The distributor will join SoftBank Robotics once again this year to showcase the wider applications of Pepper in customer and visitor management.
During GITEX this year, Jacky’s will also showcase its new Robot Content Management Systems (RCMS) to update Pepper. Jacky’s RCMS which will allow end-customers or resellers to manage or update content on the Pepper robot as they would a website. As a cloud-based solution, RCMS reduces the need for complex programming and setup time needed for deploying a fleet of robots or making changes to content.

This year, we are specifically looking to partner with those that are experienced in developing chatbots, AI software development, loyalty systems, banking system, travel systems and other B2B software solutions, especially those in Arabic that could work off a robot would be of interest for us to meet.”
Jacky’s Business Solutions are also exploring new partnerships across the Middle East so that they can cater to the demand for Pepper in various industry sectors like hospitality, retail, banking, government, travel, education and healthcare.
With its new RCMS, Jacky’s can now make it easier to deploy and reduce the learning curve for potential partners and enable them to capitalize on their existing customer relationships. Jacky’s will provide the second level of support for both hardware and software with its state-of-the-art service facilities.
