Can you tell our readers what products, solutions, and services you showcased at this year’s GITEX Global 2024?

At GITEX Global  2024, we celebrated our first anniversary, and showcased the latest innovations in AI infrastructure and cloud solutions. Our focus has always been on purpose-built technologies that address the evolving needs of industries and the public sector, helping them lead in the digital era.

From our Core42 Sovereign Public Cloud offering to our AI Cloud and Compass suite platform, we demonstrated our comprehensive solutions designed to drive innovation and empower organizations by lessening the complexity of accessing advanced infrastructure and platform services.

Some of the key partnerships announced at GITEX included collaborations with AMD, Qualcomm, and the Abu Dhabi Civil Defence Authority, highlighting our commitment to accelerating AI deployment, predictive analytics, machine learning, and cloud transformation across the UAE.

We support major initiatives like the migration of Abu Dhabi Accountability Authority and the UAE Accountability Authority’s systems to Core42’s Sovereign Public Cloud offering, which leverages Microsoft Azure, and similarly enhancing the cloud solutions of Nawah Energy Company. We also hosted insightful sessions on AI infrastructure and cloud solutions at our booth.

Can you provide us with more information on the recent announcement made between Core42 and NVIDIA in relation to your cloud offering and services?

As the demand for AI-driven solutions increases across the Middle East, access to accelerated computing has become a key factor in the region’s digital transformation.

These accelerators are critical for augmenting AI workloads such as deep learning, AI model training, and big data analytics. However, global supply chain challenges, export license restrictions, and the high costs associated with digital infrastructure have made it difficult for local businesses to leverage these resources.

Core42 is changing that dynamic by expanding our AI Cloud offering through the introduction of next-generation digital infrastructure deployed locally. In addition to our Sovereign Public Cloud, we recently deployed NVIDIA H100s in the UAE to enable sovereign implementations for AI workloads.

This infrastructure allows significant performance gains for demanding applications and enterprise-scale generative AI, enabling UAE-based organizations to fine-tune and scale their AI operations within the country, while ensuring data sovereignty and compliance with regional regulations.

This latest deployment in the UAE also expands our AI Cloud offering geographically adding to the existing footprint we have in the United States with our Condor Galaxy partnership, which leverages Cerebras AI accelerators.

What are the unique capabilities of your cloud-based tool Compass, and can you provide us with tangible examples of the positive outcomes it has yielded for businesses who have adopted the solution into their operations?

Compass is one of our most powerful cloud-based AI tools, designed to provide businesses with real-time, actionable insights that drive efficiency and improve decision-making across industries.

Its unique capabilities abstract the complexity of choosing the most appropriate language model, or infrastructure, ensuring the economic imperatives of running these workloads are optimal.

One of Compass’s key strengths is its ability to tailor recommendations based on specific industry needs. For instance, in the logistics sector, Compass has been instrumental in helping companies optimize their supply chain operations by utilizing predictive analytics and real-time data.

These capabilities can help companies cut costs, reduce downtime, and improve delivery times—all of which have a direct impact on their bottom line.

Compass’s ability to provide real-time insights across different operational areas makes it an invaluable tool for businesses looking to stay competitive in today’s fast-paced, data-driven environment.

Can you tell us more about what your strategy looks like for the next 2-3 years, and how would you reflect on your growth over the past 12 months?

Core42’s strategy for the next 2-3 years centers around expanding our AI and cloud services on both a regional and global scale.

We will continue to focus on leveraging our core strengths and building on the achievements of our first year to deploy next generation digital infrastructure and enable national-scale AI transformation to help the public sector and regulated industries excel in developing breakthroughs across various domains.
