Hani Nofal is an experienced executive with a strong background in the information technology industry, particularly in the Middle East region. He joined GBM in January 2012 and has since held various leadership positions. Currently, he serves as GBM’s General Manager - Head of the Technology organization and Board Member of Coordinates ME, a GBM company.

Fabien, a skilled network consultant with an outstanding background in network design and implementation, has close to 14 years of experience in the networking domain with a focus on Cisco’s Collaboration technologies.

Fabien started his career with Cisco in 2015 as a Smart Cities Consultant. Shortly after that, he moved to become an Enterprise Account SE covering retail, transport and logistics and oil and gas customers. Fabien is currently a Collaboration Sales Specialist covering UAE, Oman and Pakistan.

Fabien has a bachelor’s degree in Computer and Communications Engineering. His passion and area of interest has always been around Cisco’s Collaboration technologies. Fabien has also achieved his CCIE in Collaboration back in 2010.

Gawie Herholdt is a Technical Solutions Architect for Cisco Collaboration solutions. He joined Cisco in 2007 and held various engineering positions in Cisco. He studied at the University of South Africa and holds CCIE Emeritus with extensive knowledge and experience in Cisco Collaboration products and solutions. Outside of Cisco he enjoys recreational sailing, motorcycling and traveling.

George, a Cisco veteran with over 20 years of experience in the contact center space, is currently leading the transformation of the MEA region’s customer experience journey. Having previously engaged with countless customer implementations during his tenure in the Cisco services organization, George has become proficient at identifying gaps, highlighting creative solutions to complex problems and thinking out of the box to support customers.

George has held multiple strategic and technical roles throughout his career.

George holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communications Engineering and is a constant learner in life. He speaks Arabic, English and French, all very fluently.
