Trend Micro Incorporated, a global leader in cybersecurity solutions, has announced the appointment of Wasna Ben Gassem as the Managing Director for Saudi Arabia.
In her new role, Ben Gassem will oversee Trend Micro’s operations in the Kingdom, setting and executing the company’s growth strategy, and fostering relationships with key stakeholders.
Ben Gassem brings a wealth of experience to Trend Micro, having held various leadership positions in the technology industry over her 17-year career. Her expertise in driving business growth, coupled with her deep understanding of the Saudi Arabian market, make her an invaluable addition to the Trend Micro team.

With a deep understanding of business transformation, market dynamics, and customer needs, she has been instrumental in driving high-impact initiatives that strengthened Trend Micro’s presence in the region.
Ben Gassem brings a wealth of experience in leadership and technology from her previous roles at Accenture, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Cisco Systems, and King Abdullah Project for Education Development, among others. Her expertise in executing large-scale strategic programs and fostering industry partnerships has made a lasting impact on the cybersecurity landscape.
As Managing Director for Saudi Arabia, Ben Gassem will lead the next phase of Trend Micro’s growth in the Kingdom, working closely with customers, partners, and industry stakeholders to drive innovation, strengthen cybersecurity resilience, and accelerate national digital transformation efforts. Led by a steadfast commitment to accelerate Trend Micro’s role in securing Saudi Arabia’s digital transformation in alignment with Vision 2030, Ben Gassem will also lead efforts to develop local talent.
