UAE-based LEAP has launched an AI-driven chatbot which aims to automate the recruitment process.
The firm unveiled the product at Portugal’s world-renowned Web Summit.
The chatbot feature provides natural language conversation which can assist in a number of areas including initial screening, interviews and dealing with candidate queries.
The information collected by the chatbot is fed into LEAP’s applicant tracking system, which automates several stages in the recruitment process. This means that data is ranked and ready for a human recruiter to review.
With employee engagement and employer branding now a key component of hiring top talent, LEAP’s chatbot aims to put an end to poor communication with candidates, which “can weaken employer branding and trust”.
