Kinda is a Regional Sales & Channel Leader with 10+ years of people management experience. She is a strategic thinker who is very passionate about developing people’s talents and building High-Performing organizations.
During her 20 years of corporate experience in the technology industry, Kinda held regional sales and channel roles. She successfully built and managed complex channel ecosystems in the Middle East and CIS regions – from implementing new RTMs to creating synergies and multi-dimensional engagements involving different market players. Her leadership skills and efforts, as well as her result-driven approach were validated through consistent double digits growth, sustainable and profitable business, and successful synergies among the partners.
Throughout her career in multinational companies, Kinda had the great opportunity to be part of multiple leadership programs designed for top talented managers and future executives. In addition to internal recognitions, Kinda has received multiple Industry awards in recognition of her contribution to the channel ecosystem growth and transformation in the Middle East (“Channel Chief” award in 2022, “Best Female Business Leader” award in 2019, “Woman Executive of the Year” award in 2019, “Channel Champion” award in 2017, and “Best Channel Management by Vendor” award in 2016).
Kinda holds a bachelor’s degree in management information system, an MBA and master’s in management.
