Avaya Holdings is set to host Avaya ENGAGE in Dubai. The event will feature Avaya’s top regional executives, a large contingent of its customer base, and over 500 Avaya technology alliance and channel partners expected to attend.
Avaya ENGAGE is poised to be the company’s biggest technology event for the International region.
At the event, the company will present several industry-first features that are now available as part of its open and converged UC and CC platforms; proven communications and collaboration use-cases developed in conjunction with customers and partners from across the globe; and innovative technology showcases that will provide a glimpse into the future of employee and customer experiences.

In line with these trends, a central focus through the first two days of the event will be on the strides Avaya has made in delivering powerful and practical applications, that enable organizations to embrace the cloud and AI at a pace that matches their business goals and ambitions.
“At last year’s event, we laid out our bold cloud-first strategy and presented our clear vision for customer-centric innovation. Over the last ten months, through a number or strategic partnerships and initiatives, and innovative solution launches, we have made good on this commitment. At ENGAGE, our customers and partners will have an unparalled opportunity to understand the completeness of our vision and how it enables them to deliver exceptional experiences for their customers and employees,” said Nidal Abou-Ltaif, president, Avaya international.
An extension of the event’s format will see the company dedicate the first day of the event to the Avaya Partner Summit. This channel focused event is aimed unveiling Avaya’s channel roadmap for the new year, and enabling partners to capitalise on new opportunities and increase their value proposition in the cloud era. The company has also partnered with Dubai Police and will proudly co-host the inaugural edition of the International Call Center Awards. This prestigious event will recognise and honor international government and police agencies, and private sector enterprises that have pioneered new standards and innovations in customer service.
Avaya ENGAGE Dubai takes place between November 12 and 14, and will see over 1,000 Avaya customers, partners and alliance members converge on Dubai to experience the latest innovations and use cases for mastering the Art of Experience.
