GITEX Saudi Arabia 2012, the 11th International Information and Communications Technology Exhibition for Saudi Arabia, has already confirmed the participation of over 250 local and international exhibitors from 16 countries ahead of its opening on May 21st.
Held under the patronage of His Excellency Eng. Mohamed Jamil Bin Ahmed Mulla, the Minister of Communications and Information Technology, GITEX Saudi Arabia 2012 will run from May 21 to 24, 2012 at the Riyadh International Convention and Exhibition Center.
Aiming to showcase latest developments and emerging trends within the buoyant Saudi ICT sector, GITEX Saudi Arabia 2012 has generated remarkable interest from the local public sector, underlined by the participation of the Ministry of Communications and IT, the Ministry of Interior-NIC, the Ministry of Justice, e-Government Program (Yesser), Riyadh Municipality, Technical & Vocational Training Corp., Commission for Communications & Information Technology (CITC), BADIR-ICT. Furthermore, the leading IT event will witness the participation of companies from China, India, Pakistan, Taiwan, Japan, UAE, Qatar, Jordan, Lebanon, Czech Republic, England, Turkey, UK, Germany and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

In addition, GITEX Saudi Arabia 2012 will run concurrently with Saudi Communications 2012 – The 14th International Telecommunications Exhibition which will serve as the business-to-business portion of GITEX. The show is certified by UFI – the Global Association of the Exhibition Industry, and is organised by Riyadh Exhibitions Company.
