In line with its expansion plans, PCCI Group, a customer experience and operations outsourcing announced the appointment of Juan Bezón as its Chief Commercial Officer.
Bezón will oversee the company’s operations in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait and Oman markets as well as strengthening PCCI Group’s position of providing full multi-channel customer experience services, which will enable customers to not only enhance their total customer life cycle, but also assist them in becoming market leaders in an efficient and profitable manner. He will also be responsible for growing PCCI Group’s market share in the Middle East as well as emerging markets within the region across the public sector and various industries such as banking, telecom and IT.
Before joining PCCI Group, Bezón worked as the Marketing Vice President for Sapphire, a subsidiary of Saudi Telecom Company, and was responsible for the value proposition, pricing and the customer journey definition of this mobile operation in Saudi Arabia. Bezón also worked with the Telefonica Group for 15 years where he held different management between 1999 and 2014 culminating as Group Marketing Director wherein he was responsible for developing significant transformational projects within the company, namely, Digital Transformation, Customer Experience and Data Monetization. Prior to working with the Telefonica Group, Bezón worked for IBM for 10 years.
