ixtel technologies, as part of its participation at this year’s GITEX Technology Week, is showcasing its digital services offerings, which focuses on key areas such as Big Data, customer experience management and unified monitoring.
“GITEX is a very important event for us,’ says CEO Mehdi Quraishi. “This is the place where people from all over the region can see the latest technologies in motion. It brings a variety of industry experts together into one venue to exchange insights and expertise. For ixtel, our participation this year involves conducting demonstrations of our solutions offerings. We want our visitors to gain first-hand knowledge on the ins and outs of each platform we are exhibiting.”
Quraishi mentions that through the demonstrations they aim to ensure that they get to give their customers and partners the opportunity to analyse and understand how each one of their technologies can support them in their digital transformation journey. “We are doing the demos on an appointment basis. On average, we are conducting 10-12 sessions in a day for each product line that we have,” he says.
Post GITEX, Quraishi highlights that ixtel will continue to focus on developing new innovations that will further fuel their customers’ digital transformation. “At the same time, we also want to put emphasis on securing their digital environments. Security is becoming paramount now to all businesses and we are all witnessing that the threat landscape is changing dramatically. Businesses today should understand that technology alone cannot address the challenges this change brings. To this end, we want to highlight that organisations should focus on three things – people, process and technology. Only by having the right elements in these three key areas can they fully achieve an efficient and secure digital business.”
