French firm DVSOFT is unveiling its RESAMASTER software for tourist accommodation professionals at GITEX Technology Week 2014 from October 12th-16th at the French Pavilion.
RESAMASTER allows users to manage tourist IT services, from entering room bookings to printing checkout invoices, and is “Intended for a public with no computer experience; the booking schedule is clear and detailed.”
IT uses a barcode scanner to help to manage the storing and billing of products, with booking contracts sent by email or text message.
Users of the software can file a booking directly while on the phone with their customers and instantly text them the confirmation. Then, if the customer wants an invoice, the user can produce it directly from the booking schedule.
Hervé Dufour, CEO, DVSOFT, says, “Exhibiting at Gitex is a great opportunity to promote our new touristic accommodation software. The tourism sector is a key player in the international economy; it is increasing positively each year. Showcasing at GITEX allows me to showcase new technologies, adding value to the industry.”
RESAMASTER allows accommodation professionals to perform their accounting and send records directly to their accounting firm using file transfer. It can also be used to send out mass mailings promoting specific events.
