ServiceNow has announced the appointment of Saif Mashat as Area Vice President for the Middle East and Africa, effective April 1, 2025. The appointment will be seen as a coup by many across the industry, considering Mashat’s extensive experience.
In his new role, Mashat will oversee ServiceNow’s operations and strategy across the MEA region, while continuing to lead the company’s business in Saudi Arabia.
Saif Mashat brings extensive experience from global technology brands, having held senior roles at VMware, IBM, SAP, Oracle, and Microsoft, in addition to contributing to the growth of multiple start-ups.
He has a proven track record of building and scaling technology businesses and product lines to market-leading positions.
This appointment reflects ServiceNow’s continued commitment to expanding its footprint in the Middle East and Africa, supporting digital transformation for customers, and deepening regional partnerships
