Western Digital showcased new 26TB Wd Purple HDD At Intersec 2025 in Dubai

With modern cameras and AI-enabled recording systems that send multiple streams of high-definition video, picture files and metadata to storage, the manufacturer showed how its latest product and technology innovations are raising the bar for capacity, performance and efficiency.

Ultrastar Data60 Hybrid Storage Platform: Western Digital showcased the Ultrastar Data60 Hybrid Storage JBOD Platform, which offers a raw storage capacity of up to 1.56PB1. The platform was designed for next-generation disaggregated storage and software-defined storage (SDS) infrastructure. At its booth, Western Digital displayed a JBOD demo with a live connection to a UK lab that demonstrated real time deployment of the solution.
